New extreme steam system. Being placed next to the heat exchanger this new design can produce large amounts of steam at relatively low temperatures. It can easily be removed for cleaning avoiding the build up of lime that can lead to poor performance.
Integral BQS system. This oven uses the negative pressure in the baking chamber to rapidly empty the steam in the oven chamber. This system also dramatically reduces the need for an external canopy and extractor fan giving the benefit of substantial saving both in terms of money and maintenance.
T-300 digital control panel (fitted as standard). This panel displays both the ‘setting' and ‘current' information at the same time. The optional CP-200 control panel is capable of storing 99 programs each able to carry out 9 different functions. Both panels, although sophisticated, are simple to use and because they are flat and sealed they can easily be wiped clean.
Double glazed heat reflective door window is fitted to all models as standard, as are elevating door hinges and dual top and bottom door locking mechanism. Together these features ensure the best possible heat retention elimination heat loss from the oven chamber and ensuring a consistent bake.
Excellent efficiency. The latest rack ovens are the most energy efficient ever produced by Bago-line, due in part to the advancement made in heat exchanger design and Bago-line's new air flow system with an energy saving of 20-30% over previous models.
Unsurpassed quality of bake. With each model Bago-line has increased the air volume whilst reducing the air velocity produced in the oven chamber. This allows the oven to produce the most consistently even bake without drying the product. The remarkable consistency of bake means this oven is suitable for all products from breads to cakes.
Uncompromising build quality. Bago-line's well earned reputation for build quality and reliability continues with the 2007 models. Several ovens, which we installed over 20 years ago, are still being used for large scale production today. The 'Futura's' sleek and modern design makes it easy to clean and maintain, with the customer simply needing to carry out simple periodic maintenance with a full service often recommended just once a year.
Exceptional flexibility. The 'Futura' can be heated using gas, electricity or oil with the burner section placed on either side of the oven or at the rear. The oven come in 3 capacities; single rack, twin rack or three/four rack and in each of these models you have the option of the standard height model to take racks up to 183cm (72") high, or tall model which can accommodate racks up to 195cm (77") high. The oven can easily be adjusted to accommodate your existing racks potentially saving you thousands of pounds.
Space saving. The new twin rack oven is just 2.3m wide x 1.83m deep and all ovens have the advantage of being able to be placed next to each other and/or up against a wall or in a corner, as all service work is carried out from the front.
